The 2020 Morehead Arts and Eats Festival has been cancelled due

to the current health crisis.

Food Vendors

Applications for Arts and Eats will be available July 1, 2021.  (The 2020 event has been cancelled.)

Food vendors do not have to pay a booth fee. However, because this is a chairty event proceeds must be split 50/50. Half of the proceeds will go to the food vendor with the other half going to local charities and the Rowan County Arts Center. Setup for this event will start at 8am and must be completed by 10:30am. Booth spaces are 12'x12' but tents can be no larger than 10'x10'. Since food is being handled and served to the public there are regulations and guidelines that must be followed. These guidelines, as well as the application, can be found in the links below. Arts & Crafts Vendors

Booth spaces for arts and crafts vendors are 12'x12'. Tents can be no larger than 10'x10'. The fee is $35 for a single-spaced booth or $60 for a double-spaced booth. Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. to accommodate booth display. Booth tables must be covered to ground and all storage containers and boxes hidden from view. Vendors are responsible for all garbage pickup in their booth space. Vendor is responsible for paying all sales tax. Vendors keep all proceeds. The application can be found in the link below. Independent Consultant/Direct Sales Vendor

Booth spaces for information booths are 12'x12'. Tents can be no larger than 10'x10'. The fee is $20 for a single-spaced booth. Setup begins at 8am and must be completed by 10:30am. Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. to accommodate booth display. Booth tables must be covered to ground and all storage containers and boxes hidden from view.You are responsible for all garbage pickup in their booth space. You may only hand out information in your 12'x12' booth. Walking down the street with information is prohibited. Use of loud speakers, bull horns, shouting, etc is prohibited. If you violate any of these rules you will get one warning. If another violation occurs you will be asked to leave the festival. The application can be found in the link below.
